19 Déc 2005 - CD Bank Cataloguer version 2.7.3 disponible

Nouvelle version de CD Bank Cataloguer. La plupart des changements concernent la gestion du CRC32, la recherche de fichiers, des améliorations de l'interface.

Améliorations majeures:

1. Nouvelle fonction - Recherch d'un fichier du catalogue sur l'ordinateur;
2. Calcul, affichage et vérification du CRC32;
3. Création de miniatures pour les images PSD;
4. Nouveau bouton d'ouverture du lecteur CD-ROM.

Erreurs corrigées :

1. La boite de dialogue d'insertion de disque se bloquait quelques fois (sous Win XP);
2. La boite de dialogue d'insertion de disque se fermait sans raison (quand la liste déroulante s'ouvrait);
3. Le menu principal le s'adaptait pas aux grandes polices.

Améliorations mineures & d'interface:

1. Dans la liste de fichiers principale - un popup affiche désormais les paramètres des fichiers (date, taille), ainsi que le texte qu'ils contiennent (s'il y en a);
2. Le menu "Add-ons" (Extension) a été déplacé à la racine.

New version of CD Bank Cataloguer. Most changes regarded to working with disks with duplicated searial numbers, searching, reporting, more useful working, error fixing.

Major improvements:

1. No more limits for disks with same serial number;
2. Optimized archive content reading and saving (more compact database);
3. Search by alt. name condition;
4. Quick group selection list in the Catalog overview dialog;
5. Improved Report by disks - sorting, parameters saving, new Only for selected group options;
6. DiskToHTML now printing the root folders in HTML table.

Error fixed:

1. Fixed error - crashes then scan the corrupted ZIP archives;
2. Fixed error in Disk Utilities integration - doesn't work with [square brackets] in file names.

Minor & interface improvements:

1. History for search parameters;
2. Dalogs improved - View all loans, Loan this disk;
3. Changed interface for Update disk request;
4. New option - Beep when done disk reading
5. More precise disk adding progress indicator (for disks with free space).

New version of CD Bank Cataloguer. Most changes regarded to program customization, more useful working, error fixing.

What's new in this version:

Major improvements:

1. Reading RAR archives structure;
2. Powerful columns customization in search results (disk parameters, mp3 tags etc.), in main window. Disk coloring and hint (with description);
3. Properties dialog for multiple disks (changing description, locations, barcode and price);
4. Catalog overview (quick disk list);
5. Export to exchange improved - export from search results;
6. "Simple search" mode;
7. CD-Audio interface options parameter (ASPI-NTSCSI);
8. Cancel button in Add disk progress bar;
9. Smart selection for drive.

Error fixed:

1. In Options dialog ("OK" doesn't work after "Apply");
2. In sorting;
3. In "Restoring from archive" command. Now working with big archives (more than 2000 disks). Old backups are valid!
4. In "Reading archive" dialog caption;
5. Prevented GoTo from search results to deleted disk;
6. Disadvantage with HotTrack (hard to select file if window has miss the focus);
7. "Reading archive" now handling the "Not enough disk space" exception.

Minor & interface improvements:

1. Archive structure now showing as table (in File preview area);
2. "Nothing is found" message converted to label;
3. "View all loans" dialog improved. Loan multiple selected disks by one operation is available;
4. Changed hot key for "Copy names" from CTRL+C to Shift+CTRL+C (to prevent muddle with clipboard operations).

Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer la nouvelle version de CD Bank Cataloguer. La plupart des modifications concernent des fonctionnalités attendues depuis longtemps: choix du répertoire de la base de données, support des mots-clés et des exemplaires multiples. Nous avons également enlevé l'écran de rappel (pour la période d'essai de 30 jours).

Ce qu'apporte cette version:

Améliorations majeures:
1. Prise en charge de la gestion de plusieurs exemplaires physiques d'un disque (par mots-clé);
2. Prise en charge des add-ons pour le catalogue;
3. Nouvelles commandes - "Conserver les doublons " et "Rechercher le fichier sélectionné dans le catalogue";
4. Nouvelles options - "Menu contextuel d'un fichier par clic-gauche", "Cocher 'Dossiers' dans les paramètres de recherche";
5. Plus d'écran de rappel au cours de la période d'essai de 30 jours!
6. Choix du répertoire contenant la base de données;
7. Nouvelles colonnes dans les résultats de recherche: paramètres disque supplémentaires;
8. Personnalisation des colonnes (pour la recherche).

Erreurs corrigées :
1. Fixé: recherche maintenant par masque si le nom de fichier contient "...".
2. Fixé: écrase d'abord les paramètres du disque inséré puis effectue la mise à jour.
3. Fixé: dans l'affichage d'un prêt, affiche la durée à côté de la date.
4. Fixé: affichage de la date. Merci à Steve Lipofsky!

Améliorations mineures & d'interface:
1. Dans les résultats de recherche: un petit indicateur affichant le nom complet du groupe dans lequel le fichier trouvé était placé. Merci à Roger Hou!
2. DiskToHTML - formatage de la taille du fichier;
3. Amélioration de l'affichage des résultats de recherche;
4. Nouvelle option: masquer le menu Prêts;
5. Nouveau design du menu principal;

We are proud to announce the new update for CD Bank Cataloguer. Most changes regarded to greatly improved search functions, working with audio CD (viewing and printing tracks length) and interface usability. Moreover, many errors and shortcomings are fixed.

What's new in this version:

Major improvements:
1. Improvements in search:
   • New "Search" menu;
   • Search modes - search in results only, add new results to existing;
   • Save and load search queries;
   • Search file in catalog;
   • Remove selected and Crop selected (in search results).
2. Export of audio track length (playing time) to cover printing;
3. New macros for disk description template - FILE_SYSTEM;
4. New command - Select all (files in list);
5. Delete improved - delete several disks by one time.

Error fixed:
1. Shortcoming in file date criteria (for date period length to 1 day);
2. CDDB retrieving function - doesn't work under Internet Explorer 6. Thanks to Quang Anh and Knightcrawler;

Extract CD-Audio titles from Freedb.org CDDB.

Menu Command: Base > Extract CDDB info

Extracts the disk information from Internet. CD Bank can retrieve the CD artist, title, description, and track names from large online CD database (CDDB) Freedb.org.

"Extract CDDB info" dialog appear automatically for CD-Audio then you check on the box "Extract CDDB information for audio CDs" in Add disk dialog.

We are working hard to make this feature accessible with all types of Internet connections. You can retrieve the CDDB information even through you connected via proxy, firewall, then all non-HTTP ports are disabled. Please, try this feature with all of networks!

There are a lot of new features and improvements in new Beta version.

Overview:
1. Fixed error: GoTo from search result to file with alt. name; phantom files in empty folder.
2. WinAmp CDDA reader disabled (we have the plan to developing the FreeDB.org reader).
3. Support for custom-builds (for affiliates net).
4. Export of new disk properties (barcode and price) to Disk Utilities.
5. Disk statistics in the DiskToHtml tool added.
6. Many new hotkeys for usual commands added.

This BETA collects the few bug fixes, improves the possibilities of Disk Utilities, and makes the stable foundation for our affiliate net. Then we complete the testing of CD Bank integration with the FreeDB.org online disk database, we will make public the next CD Bank 2.6.7 version. New version should supply the requirements of majority users.

After what, our R&D team makes the effort to advancing the CD Bank Disk Utilities (CD Cover software etc.), CD Bank online documentation, and manuals.

We are publishing the new freeware tool 1 Click Wallpaper - small freeware wallpaper changer.

New Folder Tag version 1.1 supports the keywords, assignable for each tag document.
